How to Register:

Please Register online by creating a *parent account*, add then register your player as a “family member” in her correct tryout age division (see age definition chart on tryout page below). If your player’s birthday is added incorrectly, the system will not allow you to register. If you have problems registering, check the player’s birthday.

Click any RED registration tab and choose 2024-25 Tryouts. Then choose age division. Pay fee to finish and be on the lookout for the 2 separate e-doc emails from SignNow.

*If you already have an account on our website/SportsCRM, please DO NOT create a new account. Use your existing account. If you don’t remember your password, email [email protected] to reset your password for you.

What to Do the Day Before Tryouts:

1. Register (if you have not already done so) | If you wait to registrator until the day of tryouts, the price of tryout will increase to $90.
2. Fill out the tryout form and risk waiver Sign Now E-Documents (Both documents will be sent to you separately via email after registration from SignNow, check junk mail too) THESE MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN
3. A copy of a birth certificate will need to be brought on the day of the tryout to verify ages. This includes returning The Woodlands United Athletes as well.
4. No checks for commitment fees will be accepted. $650 (non-refundable) Katy United Commitment Fee will be paid online only by “registering” for Team Commitment Fee on our website.No checks for commitment fees will be accepted.

What to Expect the Day of Tryouts:

1. Arrive 30 minutes prior to tryout time to check-in.
2. Player will receive a tryout t-shirt to wear during tryouts.
3. Bring plenty of water.
4. Spectators are allowed in upstairs mezzanine only. Please bring your own chair.
5. After tryouts you will receive either a phone call with an offer, or an email.
6. If you are offered a spot on the team, you will have to accept the position immediately. If you are unable to accept the position at the time the offer is made, the position will be given to the next player.
7. If offer is accepted, parent must register their player for the team committment AND pay the team commitment fee the day of your players tryout through your Katy United account. If payment is not made on day of your tryout, position will be given to the next player.

We greatly recommend being at your actual tryout date, but if you can absolutely not make it then this is your next best option. All players must register online. There are no refunds on tryout fees. Registrants will be required to bring a copy of their birth certificate with them (this includes returning The Woodlands United Athletes). The tryout form and risk waiver Sign Now E-Documents will need to be completed prior to tryout (Both documents will be sent to you separately via email after registration from SignNow, check junk mail too).

EARLY TRYOUTS WILL BE LIMITED TO 14 PLAYERS PER REGISTRATION.

You will not receive an offer the night of the early tryouts. On the actual day of your age group’s tryout you will either receive an offer, a waitlist offer, or declined a spot in the club based on the tryouts by phone or email.

Private & Semi-Private Tryout

$125 Registration

The Woodlands United private and semi-private tryouts are for any players who CAN NOT attend early tryouts or their regular tryout day in July. We greatly recommend being at your actual tryout date, but if you can absolutely not make it then this is your next best option. There are no refunds on tryout fees.

You will not receive an offer during private and semi-private tryouts. On the actual day of your age group’s tryout you will either receive an offer, a waitlist offer, or declined a spot in the club based on the tryouts by phone or email.
